Assistant Trainers and Coaches.

Pat Chamberland has been involved in the horse industry for over 30 years. She has shown and won numerous awards on both the Paint Circuit and the Quater horse circuit. As well as she was an avid barrel racer in her teens. Pat joined the KSTC staff in 2004 as our full time instructor and assistant trainer. 

 

Jamie Chamberland started her show career on the paint circuit. In 2006 her mom purchased a young  quarter horse  named "Decadent Detail" to develop into Jamie's youth horse. She started showing AQHA in 2007. Jamie and "Swish" had several  very successful seasons winning numerous OQHA and Area 3 year end awards. In the fall of 2008 we purchased an unbroke  2 year old and Jamie starting working hard with Kelly and Pat to develop him into a solid show horse. In 2009 she hauled him out to the shows and showed him lightly. In 2010 they had big goals, showing all ontario prepping him for his congress debut. They ended the season  Reserve Champion in Ontario in the 14-18 Showmanship and Equitation as well as Area 3 Reserve All Around 14-18 youth. In October they showed at the All American Congress and placed 7th in the Novice Youth Equitaiton out of 103 entries! 

Jamie has been training with Kelly and Pat  for the past 10 years and she is a natural when it comes to explaining riding techniques.    We are excited to have her as part of the KSTC Staff. 

 Jamie works on the farm teaching riding lessons and training horses. She also shows some of the customers horses. Jamie is  attending college to be a veterinary technician.

Barn Manager

Mandee Seepa is our full time barn manager. She always greets the customers with a smile and takes impeccable care of all the horses. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Customers

Elizabeth Earle owns a gelding named "Cool Fascination" better known as "Molson". Elizabeth refers to him as her "big golden retriever" and they are a perfect match. Elizabeth started riding in her 50's and enjoys her riding immensely. When she isn't riding she can be found golfing or skiing.

 

 

 

 

Diane Aitchison owns a wonderful gelding "Im A Lucky Card". Dianne is a busy mother of four but she still manages to find time to enjoy her riding. In 2008 she was the Area3 Reserve High point All-Around Amateur rider.

 

 

 

 

 

Kristi Carroll was introduced to riding as an adult and she was hooked. Kristi purchased her first horse "Playin In Chocolate" aka "Murphy" in 2008. Kristi spends her summers at the barn Riding and she has been working hard to complete her Rider Levels. Congratulations on passing your Rider Level 2!!  Kristi is looking forward to the 2012 show season with her new horse "Special Dynamics"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Doreen Bayne started her riding career as an adult. She purchased her first horse in the fall of 2008 "Scotch Bar General" aka "Whiskey". Whiskey is helping Doreen gain experience and confidence learning how to ride english and western.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Corey Taylor is a familiar face at the barn. She has been in our program for over 10 years. Corey has a fantastic mare named "Traded The Krystal" aka "Sydney". Corey and Sydney have placed Top Ten at the All American Quarter Horse Congress, were finalists at the Select World show in showmanship and brought home numerous O.Q.H.A awards every year in the Select Amateur 50 and over age division. Watch for Corey in 2012 with her new horse "Gone Bar Huntin"

 

 

 

 

Lynn Rooney purchased her first horse "Passionate Design" also known as "Mikey" a few years ago. Lynn & Mikey have been working hard and have won year end awards on the AQHA circuit in the adult walk/jog division. Her favourite event is trail and her goal is to show in the Novice Amateur and Select horsemanship and  trail in 2012.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sue Godsell shows "Shock Em Pine" Affectionately named "Duke". In 2010 Sue was Reserve Champion  Novice Amateur Western Pleasure in Area 3 Division. Sue is well known and appreciated for her weekly coffee deliveries!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Victoria Godsell  Victoria shares her  horse with her mother.  "Shockem Pine" also known as "Duke" was purchased as a 2 year old and he has developed into a fabulous all around horse. In 2010 Victoria was 3rd overall 13 & under Youth rider in Ontario. When Victoria isn't riding she can be found on the ski hills Alpine Race Skiing and has won several medals.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Julia Charpontier  In 2009 Julia debuted in the 13 & Under classes with a huge bay gelding "Gab Me A Cool One" known as "Hershey". Hershey & Julia hit it off right from the star.In 2009 and 2010 Julia was Reserve All-Around 13 & Under rider in Ontario as well as Area3.

 

 

 

Madeline Theriault debuted in the small fry classes(11& under) in 2009 and was high point showmanship champion in Ontario and Area3. She was also the high point lead line rider in Ontario. Madeline shows her great aunts horse "Traded The Krystal" In 2010 & 2011 Madeline was High Point 11 & under rider in Ontario winning small fry showmanship and walk jog

 

 

 

 

A huge welcome back to Kristin Tupling. Kristin showed with us through her youth career and was top 10 at congress. She is now a paramedic and is excited to be a horse owner again. Watch for "KAT" and her young prospect "A MATTER OF INTEREST" showing in the amateur classes! In 2010 "KAT" was 3rd overall in Area 3  Amatuer Showmanship and Equitation and earned her Performance ROM.

Carmen Baum purchased "Rockin Hotrod" aka Cyprus and is looking forward to  some AQHA shows.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lynda Bob  is always the first one to encourage adults to try riding for a hobby. Lynda is eager to show again. Watch for Lynda showing her new horse " A Certifiable Buddy" in the Select Amateur events in 2012

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dee Floyd is new to the horse world. Her sister Lynda introduced her to the horses and she tried a  few showmanship lessons. Dee was dedicated and eager to learn. She started lessons in the fall of 2010 and tried her first show this spring. She loved it and is now an avid competitor in the novice amatuer showmanship..winning the 2011  Area 3 Reserve High Point Novice Amateur Showmanship title,  with her sisters hunt seat horse "A Certifiable Buddy"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kathryn Stanton shares her love of food with Kelly. When they are at the Congress they can be found at the Cheese Cake Factory or Red Lobster! Kathryn has had a fantastic youth show career. In 2009 she was the  High Point All Around Novice Youth Rider in Ontario with The Next Starlet. Kathryn's new horse "Good As Gucci" also known as "Ernie". In 2010 & 2011 Kathryn was the High Point All Around 14-18  youth rider in Ontario as well as placing 11th at the Congress in novice trail out of 190 horses and two finalists in Horsemanship out of 130.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sarah Donaldson's new horse "Zip N Skip Doc" better known as "Lexi" is cute as a button! Some would wonder if Sarah ever sleeps at the horse shows as she is the first and last person at the stalls everyday. Sarah can be found in Lexi's stall brushing her for hours. In 2011 Sarah was Ontarios High Point All Around Novice Youth Rider.   Sarah was a  finalist at the All American Quarter Horse Congress  in Novice Youth Showmanship and Top Ten in Novice Youth Equitation out of 103 entries.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Josie Stemmler for many years has been known as a horse show mom to her daughter Shawna. She is now taking lessons herself and had a sweet little mare "Invested in Loyalty" known as "Belle". Josie can be found at the barn after work relaxing and enjoying her passion of horses.Josie tried her first AQHA show in august and won the adult walk-jog circuit award at the Summer Circuit. Josie has purchased a new mount "Youcanbetyourassets" for the 2012 show season.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Clara Bergstrome has taken over the reins of her older sisters horse "Ima Luckey Card". Luckey is a gentle giant and he would do anything for Clara. Watch for this new duo in the small fry classes .In 2011 Clara was the Ontario Reserve High Point 11 & under walk jog rider & small fry showmanship.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Liz Burns has been a horse owner for years, enjoying trail riding and showing at local club shows on her paint horse "Roger". This summer Liz  purchased "Petites Still Cool" aka Kelso. She is working hard and looks forward to showing in the novice amateur classes at the  AQHA shows in 2012.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mac Clark and "A Dainty Dimnension" started  showing in the western 13 and under classes in 2011. Mac was the Ontario High Point 13 & under showmanship exhibitor. He also won High Point and Reserve in Area 3 in 4 events. He's a real character and keeps us laughing!!

 

 

 

 

 

Rebekah Clark took over the reins of her sisters horse  "Triple My Stars Next". Affectionately know as Gucci, he is well know in the barn.   Rebekah has had a great year in 2011 and has won several Area 3 year end  awards. She was also the Reserve High Point All Around 13 & under youth  rider in Ontario

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Deb Carrick bought "The Next Starlet" from Kathryn Stanton. Kathryn and Olive had a great show career winning High Point All Around Novice Youth in Ontario in 2008 . Deb keeps Olive at home and trailers in weekly for training sessions and lessons. We are excited to have Deb and "Olive" in our program. Watch for Deb and her new horse "Lola" in the western events.
