Lessons
"Riding is always more enjoyable when you are confident"
Our well
rounded lesson program consists of adult instructors.
Certified Equine Canada Level 2 Coach,
and AQHA Professional Horseman
We offer a safe enviroment for people who want to ride english and western and don't neccesarily want the risk associated with jumping. Alot of riders that have had previous jumping accidents or lost their confidence with unschooled horses have started in our program to build back their confidence and enjoy riding again with our well trained lesson horses. We do offer jumping in our program but the rider must have reached skill levels that the instructors require before any over fences work is started. Our number one goal is safety of the riders and horses.
Horseback riding is a great form of exercise. It develops balance and co-ordination. Riding also uses many muscles while it improves your fitness and core strength. Horseback riding is a sport that people of any age can participate in. You can learn to ride at any age. Our youngest is 6 and our oldest is 70!!!
We have an excellent childrens program and take students as young as 6.
Our adult program has been specially designed and developed to meet the
needs of the adult rider, whether new to the ring or returning to the
sport.
There has been a huge growth in the 50 and over age division in the
equine industry. In the last few years AQHA has added a select amateur
50 & over division as well as novice amateur.
Our horseback riding group lessons are no larger than four students per
lesson. The lessons are arranged with rider level and age in mind. Please arrive in plenty of time to have your horse ready for your c
lass.
